Bishop Montgomery’s Jordan Schakel was the clutch performer Friday night. Schakel made back-to-back threes down the stretch that extended the Knight’s lead from three to nine with just three minutes left in the final frame. Oregon State signee Ethan Thompson pitched in 21 for Bishop Montgomery in the 70-63 shocking win over No. 1 Sierra Canyon.

Marvin Bagley finished with 28 points and 12 rebounds, while UCLA big man Cody Riley was limited to just five points Friday night by the tenacious Bishop Montgomery defense.
