Chris Claiborne committed to keeping Calabasas football on the rise

Chris Claiborne has hit the ground running as Calabasas High School’s new football head coach. His goal is pretty simple and that’s to continue the program’s meteoric rise up the ranks of the CIF Southern Section.

The Coyotes began spring practice this week and are now picking up steam with their offseason preparations as the all-important summer circuit of passing and lineman competitions loom.

“This is fun and I try to make sure the kids have fun, too,” Claiborne said. “It’s all about putting a good product on the field. That’s what I look forward to doing. That’s what motivates me.”
