LONG BEACH — Lakewood got the payback it wanted against Wilson on Thursday, using a dominant performance on the mound by Cassie Perryman and a 12-hit attack to crush the host Bruins, 10-0, at Joe Rodgers Field and set up a dramatic final day in the fight for the Moore League softball title.

Sophomore Cassie “Choo-Choo” Camou belted two home runs with five RBIs and freshman Kendall Lundberg drove in three runs with two hits as the Lancers (17-10 overall, 9-2 Moore) kept Wilson from clinching the title outright and made possible a three-way tie for the league championship.

The Bruins (14-15, 10-1), who on April 10 ended Lakewood’s 65-game league winning streak with a 4-3 decision, must win Tuesday at Millikan (17-10, 9-2) or share the crown with the Rams and, almost certainly, Lancers, who close at home against Cabrillo.
