Winning Numbers: Chalking up a total of 13,736 votes, which edged out Chadwick’s Ejayy DeVaughn’s 12,590, running back Tyler Nevens had the support of not just his fellow classmates and teammates at Los Altos, but teachers and coaching staff as well. A fine display of support for the standout running back whose skills have left spectators with their jaws to the floor, and have granted him SoCal Prep Legends Boy Athlete of the Week.
The senior running back helped Los Altos stay undefeated (5-0) by rushing for 263 yards on 26 carries. Nevens scored five touchdowns as the Conquerors left Orange County with a 35-23 win. Nevens has rushed for 1,072 yards and 19 touchdowns this season.
