Narbonne’s electrifying touchdown voted SoCal Prep Legends play of the week

Narbonne’s pass-winning play was voted the SoCal Prep Legends play of the week with 48 percent of the vote to finish ahead of La Habra’s game-winning Hail Mary with 36 percent. Narbonne beat Crenshaw 57-21 to capture the L.A. City Section Division I title and the play everyone loved was quarterback Roman Ale tossing a lateral to King James Taylor, who slinged a bullet 40 yards to Cedric Byrd, who makes his way into the end zone. La Habra quarterback Eric Barriere delivered a game-winning 27-yard Hail Mary pass to Prince Ross as time expired to lift La Habra to an improbable 39-36 victory over San Clemente to capture the CIF-SS Southwest Division championship.
