South Hills advances to Boras Classic semifinals with 5-4 win over Etiwanda

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO — The South Hills High School baseball team is becoming the cardiac kids with another late-inning, come-from-behind victory in the prestigious Boras Classic.

After a walk-off win in their opening game on Tuesday against Huntington Beach, the Huskies scored three runs in the last three innings to defeat Etiwanda 5-4 Wednesday afternoon in a second-round game to advance to Thursday’s semifinals.
