Don’t blink. You may miss Tara Davis.

She’s the one in the following video that looks like she may be the only runner in fast forward.

The Agoura High senior set the second-fastest time in U.S. high school history over the weekend in the 100m hurdle, marking a 12.89 in all conditions at the CIF-Southern Section Division 2 prelims at Moorpark High.

According to MilesSplitUSA, Davis is now just the fourth high school female athlete to break the 13-second mark in the event.

The accolades keep piling for Davis, who recently broke Marion Jones’ (20-7 1/2) long jump record at the Ventura County track finals last month with a 21-8 3/4.

Stay tuned for more from Davis, there will be more opportunities for her to break records in the weeks to come – and be sure to pay attention, she’s so fast you may miss it.
