Krisa Komrij
Sunny Hills
The senior goalie made 12 saves in a 6-3 victory against La Habra and 10 blocks in a 7-5 triumph against Fullerton to help the Lancers open Freeway League play with a 2-0 record.

Brianna Uhl
Western Christian
The 5-foot-10 striker helped her team to three wins last with 12 goals and an assist. She tallied four goals in an 8-1 win over Loma Linda, five in a 6-0 victory over Aquinas and three goals and an assist in a nonleague win over The Webb School. She has 26 goals and two assists this season and 104 goals in her career. She is committed to Trinity Christian College (Ill.).

Retha Little
St. Mary’s Academy
Little, a junior guard, recorded a pair of triple doubles last week as the Belles defeated St. Monica and Hamilton. Little had 13 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists against St. Monica and 10 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists against Hamilton. Little has recorded eight triple-doubles this season. She’s averaging 13.1 points, 9.1 rebounds and 10.5 rebounds per game this season.

Rachel Capinia
Rowland
Capinia had two big games in the Raiders’ Valle Vista League victories over Wilson and San Dimas to help her team improve to 11-3 overall and 2-0 in the VVL. She scored 19 points with seven rebounds, four assists and six steals in a 70-38 win over Wilson, and followed with 19 points and seven rebounds in a 62-44 win over San Dimas.

Kianna Hamilton-Fisher
El Camino Real
The long and athletic senior scored 17 points in each of El Camino Real’s West Valley League victories this week, topping Taft 51-28 (also had 13 rebounds) on Wednesday night and Cleveland 49-32 on Friday night. Kianna Hamilton-Fisher is committed to play at Long Beach State next year.

Ariana Madlambayan
Temescal Canyon
Madlambayan led the Titans to their first victory over Sunbelt League rival Lakeside in nearly six years Friday. The forward shot 11 of 18 from the field and scored a season-high 24 points in Temescal Canyon’s 76-62 victory on Friday night. The Titans’ last win over Lakeside came on Feb. 10, 2012.
