Ariyonna Augustine
Long Beach Poly
Augustine won the Division 1 100 and 200 meters for the third straight year at the CIF-SS Track and Field Finals on Saturday. She also ran the anchor leg of the Jackrabbits’ winning 400 relay.

Savannah Stocker
El Toro
Stocker became the first Orange County girl to capture the diving title at the CIF State championships, scoring 507.55 points for her 11-dive list on the 1-meter springboard in Fresno. She took the lead for good in the eighth round and added the state title to her first crown at the CIF-SS Division 1 finals.

Jacqueline Duarte
Chino Hills
Duarte claimed the CIF Southern Section Division 1 title at 1,600 meters with a winning time of 4 minutes, 45.54 seconds. That time was nearly 13 seconds faster than her previous best. Duarte later teamed up with Zani Meaders, Brooke Savage and Toni Ayala to help the Huskies win the Division 1 title in the 1,600 relay.

Kaelyn McCann
Linfield Christian
McCann won the CIF Southern Section Division 4 pole vault championship, clearing 11 feet, 6 inches on her final attempt. That successful clearance also helped McCann move on to the Master Meet. McCann is the first track and field section champion in Linfield Christian’s history.

Marissa Vasquez
Diamond Bar
The Brahamas sophomore uncorked a powerful effort in the the CIF Southern Section Division 1 track and field finals in the 800 meters on Saturday. She proved to be too much in winning (2:11.98) while running the fastest time for a sophomore in the state this season.

Sarah Schneider
Sierra Canyon
On the road in the opening round of the CIF-SS Division 4 playoffs, Sierra Canyon’s Sarah Schneider delivered a stellar performance from the plate going 3-for-3 with two home runs and three RBIs. The Trailblazers prevailed in a gritty 6-5 victory over Ramona. Schneider is a University of Pennsylvania commit.

Jazmyne Frost
Serra
Frost ran 11.59 seconds in the 100 meters and 23.70 in the 200 to win the Division 4 races at the CIF Southern Section Track Finals on Saturday. Her times were the best across all four divisions. She also anchored Serra’s 400 relay to a meet-best time of 46.19 and helped the 1,600 relay to the division’s best time (3:46.89) and second overall in the event.
