BELLFLOWER – Long Beach Wilson got enough key hits out of its blistering bats and something of a gem from its pitching staff, no-hitting Bellflower on Friday afternoon to reach the CIF Southern Section baseball semifinals for the first time since 2011.

Ryan Pettway, Nick Endres and Aiden Alaniz combined to keep the home team hitless, and Nolan Ornelas and Crixtian Tavares led an 11-hit attack to lead the Bruins to a 4-2 victory and a date Tuesday in the Division 3 final four at La Salle (17-9).

No. 1 Maranatha (25-4) and Redlands (23-7) meet in the other semifinal.
